Some rules of thumb - rental conditions
We are honest: to ensure the atmosphere of the cottage we ask you to pay a security deposit of 150 EUR on our account, at least 1 week prior to your arrival. Without any damage you receive this back within 14 days after your stay.

Cleaning, as well as a set of linen and towels are included in the rent if you make your reservations directly with us.
We expect a basic cleanliness: you put all the rubbish bins into the large trash bin (note: we recycle!) and you leave the kitchen without cooking residue, fridge empty and open. Just as you would leave your own house if you are out for a while.

What you really need to know
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and smoking is only allowed outside. In that way we like to keep staying at Villa Eugénie enjoyable for all.
